The client requested an eCommerce platform to sell their products online. In addition, they required a strategy that contemplated the generation of sales through digital marketing.
For this we design a digital strategy with a holistic approach. In it, a brand approach, communication strategy and operating procedures were developed. We developed a sales platform according to the values that represented the brand, integrating metrics and studying the consumer experience in detail.

In order to launch an internet-based business model, we planned the key elements that would make up the brand's digital strategy:

- We implemented an integration module with MRW to streamline the logistics process: label generation, order tracking, etc.
